What It Means to Be a Minorio Tech Lead

As a Minorio Tech Lead, you’ll play a vital role in mentoring interns as they navigate real-world software projects.
Your responsibilities will include:

Project Guidance

Lead and oversee open-source projects, ensuring they stay on track and meet the desired outcomes.

Mentorship

Provide one-on-one coaching to interns, helping them build technical skills and develop their careers.

Collaboration

Work closely with other volunteers and Minorio staff to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants.

Expected Effort

Time Commitment:
We understand that your time is valuable. We ask our Tech Leads to commit to a minimum of [X hours] per week, but we are flexible and can work with your schedule.

Engagement:
Active participation in project meetings, code reviews, and mentoring sessions is expected to ensure a positive learning experience for our interns.
